Federated Equity Management Company of Pennsylvania (Federated), the advisor to the Federated Prudent funds, respects your right to privacy. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality, security and integrity of information. We want you to understand the policy that governs the handling of your information, how we obtain information, how that information is used and how it is kept secure.

Information Sharing Policy

Except as described below, Federated does not share customer information. We will not rent, sell, trade, or otherwise release or disclose any personal information about you. Any information you provide to us (e.g., an email address) is for Federated's use only. Federated will not disclose customer information to any non-affiliated third party for use in telemarketing, direct mail or other marketing purposes.

Federated limits the sharing of nonpublic personal information about you with financial or non-financial companies or other entities, including companies affiliated with Federated, and other, non-affiliated third parties, to the following exceptions:

We may share information to service a customer relationship.

Employee Access to Information

All Federated employees must adhere to Federated's confidentiality policy. Employee access to customer information is authorized for business purposes only. The degree of access is based on the sensitivity of the information and on an employee's need for the information to service a customer's account or comply with legal requirements.

Visiting a Federated Website

Federated's website maintains statistics about the number of visitors and the information viewed most frequently. These statistics are used to improve the content and level of service we provide to our clients and shareholders. Information or data entered into a website will be retained.

We obtain this information through non-personally identifiable Internet Protocol ("IP") addresses for all visitors to monitor the number of visitors to the site; these addresses are never shared with any third party.

Surveys / Aggregate Data

Federated may conduct surveys in order to obtain feedback that is used to improve the quality of information and user experience on this website. We then generate reports that are used for Federated's planning, statistical and other corporate purposes. These reports include aggregate data about website traffic patterns and related information. Aggregate data classifies website visitor information in various ways, but does not identify individual customers. While aggregate data may be shared with external parties, such as marketing organizations, it does not include information by which an website or user may be identified.
